Data collected by the Zaffro plugin
When a visitor uses the Zaffro chat widget on a WooCommerce store, the following data is sent to api.zaffro.ai (operated by KOLLABOR): the store’s URL, a session identifier, the visitor’s chat messages, the conversation history, and the system prompt configured by the store owner. Names, email addresses, and payment details are masked before transmission.
Facebook / Meta (Messenger & WhatsApp channels)
If the store owner enables Messenger or WhatsApp integration, the AI reply text and the recipient’s page-scoped user ID are sent to graph.facebook.com via the Meta Graph API. See Meta’s privacy policy:

Session data is retained on api.zaffro.ai for a maximum of 30 days. Store owners may request deletion at .
